Cannonau di Sardegna

Grapes: Cannonau di Sardegna DOC.

Sensory characteristics: Garnet red colour, scent of ripe fruit, fruit preserve under oriental spirit and spices, among which black pepper prevails; warm, ripe and complex. The taste is soft, lingering and full. Highly agreeable is the aftertaste of the grapes and of their maturation.

Alcohol: 14% Vol.

Match: Plates of meat, braised meat, game, aged cheeses.

Service temperature: 16 – 20° C.
