Vineyard: Member vineyards located in the area of “IGT Colli Limbara”

Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet and Sardinian Bovale.

Maturing: In vitrified cement tanks 10% in barriques for 9 months.

Sensory characteristics: Ripe red with garnet notes. Austere perfume, warm and mature. The taste is soft, lingering and full, with a particularly strong yet elegant tannic note, the aftertaste sensation is pleasantly long and captivating.

Match: Red meat and game, ideal with suckling pig cooked with myrtle and wild boar.

Service temperature: 16- 20° C. Poured into a carafe for an appropriate oxygenation, it expresses at its best the delicate fragrance, the aroma and the taste.
