Vineyard: Member vineyards located in the area of “Isola dei Nuraghi IGT”

Grapes: Pascale, Bovale, Nieddu mannu, Merlot, Cabernet and Sangiovase blended with interruption of maceration at the right point of colour.

Sensory characteristics: Intense rosé colour. The aroma is fruity and fresh. The taste is slightly acidic, very pleasant, the aftertaste sensation recalls the freshness of the scents perceived.

Match: Appetizers, white meats, sausages and soups.

Service temperature: 8 – 10° C.
