Sparkling White Wine

Grapes: White

Wine-making: The grapes are pressed after harvesting and de-stemming. The wine is clarified and cooled through natural sedimentation. After fermentation, the wine is left to mature in vitrified cement tanks, where it is kept until it re-ferments according to the Charmat method.

Alcohol: 11% Vol.

Sensory characteristics: Straw-coloured, spicy scent of Mediterranean scrub. The taste is fresh and flavourful, harmonized by a pleasant bead created by autoclave fermentation process.

Match: Excellent as an aperitif. Matches perfectly with shellfish and seafood dishes.
Service temperature: 6-8° C. Must be consumed within the year.
