Sparkling white wine
Grapes: White wine grapes.
Wine-making: After destemming, the grapes are pressed softly, the juice is cooled and clarified by natural sedimentation. It is then fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation the wine is left to mature in vitrified cement tanks, where it is kept until refermented through the Charmat method.
Alcohol: 11,5% Vol.
Sensory characteristics: Straw-coloured; intense, delicate and pleasant fragrance; dry taste and good acid content; refined bouquet and persistent bead.
Match: Excellent as an aperitif and with delicate sea food dishes.
Service temperature: 6-8° C. Must be consumed within the year.
